Refund policy
We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, there must be a defect in the product or a verified shipping issue (i.e. package was not delivered on time).

If your refund is accepted, you will be credited the full refund amount due to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, Gift Card, etc.).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, warm, potentially spoiled, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
