Order Processing
All meals are prepared fresh. Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically ship one day prior to the delivery date selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping
We ship orders within the state of California only. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.
Perishable Items
MAXFIT Meals are perishable and must be refrigerated upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
MAXFIT Meals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information, or missed deliveries.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
